Our server is monitored 24/7 every day of the year by engineers at our hosting facility. Any connection issues are worked on very quickly and we also have an early warning system in place to notify us directly. Some large scale attacks, such as Denial of Service (DDoS), which can affect whole data centres, can take several hours to get under control and Malware attacks can be more serious. All hosting providers suffer these issues however, rest assured, that during such an event every effort will be made to mitigate the attack.
